Welcome to Innovative Healthcare Institute,

Innovative Healthcare Institute is open to anyone who is interested in becoming involved in the Healthcare field.  Below are the requirements for our programs.

Admission Requirements for all programs:

 

• State Issued Identification

• Social Security Card

• Negative Tuberculin Skin Test (PPD, TB skin test) 

• Clean Criminal Background Check  (means nothing can be on your record) 

  • ​ (Due at application submission) must be from Sherriff's department or a local police station. 

    •  The original form, no copies accepted

    • Clean Drug Screen must be faxed to the school at (706) 850-8005. (Due at application submission)  5-panel drug screens can be obtained at Innovative Health Care Institute, Athens GA 30605. 

• Completed Application​

• Submit copies of your High School Diploma or GED for courses except for CNA.

OPTION FOR COMPLETING ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

** There is an option to have TB, Drug Screen, and background completed at

Innovative Health Clinic for $95
